Outlines Rubber Stamps Challenge - St. Patrick's Day

Hello!!!  It's Monday and time for a new Outlines Rubber Stamp design team challengeJoin the Design Team in our weekly challenges with a chance to win a $25 Gift Certificate each week!  Please check out the details of how to play and win on the Outlines Blog

This week our challenge was to create a project for St. Patty's Day.  I hope you'll create along with us this week!

Clover Jewel

I opted to make my four leaf clover the center of this design.  I stamped the Clover Jewel (D-1020) image with Blackbird fluid chalk ink.  I colored very simply with copic markers and added my all-time favorite embellishment... Ice White pearl pen by Viva Decor.  I centered this on a background stamped image featuring the 3-D Circle Background in Sour Apple fluid chalk ink.

I'd love it if you stopped by to visit the other designers for more inspiration.  We'd love it if you joined in the fun!

Outlines Rubber Stamps Challenge - Be a Square

Hello!!!  It's Monday and time for a new Outlines Rubber Stamp design team challengeJoin the Design Team in our weekly challenges with a chance to win a $25 Gift Certificate each week!  Please check out the details of how to play and win on the Outlines Blog

So, are you hip to be square?  This week our challenge was to create a square card, perhaps with a square image.  I hope you'll create along with us this week!

Birthday Balloons
I stamped the Flower Balloon Square Lg (E-403) image with Black Soot Distress ink and embossed clear powder to give this some shine.  I colored very simply with copic markers to match my patterned paper (Sweet and Sour Soup by Jillibean Soup).  And because this image just screams for shimmer, I added my all-time favorite embellishment... Ice White pearl pen by Viva Decor.

I'd love it if you stopped by to visit the other designers for more inspiration.  We'd love it if you joined in the fun!

CPS 5th Anniversary Day 12 with Clearsnap

Welcome to Day 12 of the CPS 5th Anniversary Celebration.

Welcome! I'm hosting today's sketch challenge.

I have been stamping for about 7 years, 5 of those years on various design teams.  I was honored to join CPS in December of 2009.  Perhaps it's a bit of OCD, but I love having a project plan... I love having the road map, which sometimes I follow closely or interpret for a little side-trip!  I also love the camaraderie of this amazing team.  Have you seen the line up of designers I get to work with each week?

Besides CPS, I design for Outlines Rubber Stamps and DiscountCardstock.com.  When I'm not crafting, I am a wife and mother (of two wonderful children).  I work in the chemical industry by day and love crafting for it's therapeutic properties.  I also love to read, spend time with my family and travel.

An all-time favorite CPS project was a more recent project for CPS Sketch # 250.

I just loved this project because of the mash-up of patterned paper, stamping and embellishments.  Creating just gives me joy.

For today’s sketch I chose CPS #118.

Outlines Rubber Stamp Challenge - February Sketch

Hello!!!  It's Monday and time for a new Outlines Rubber Stamp design team challengeJoin the Design Team in our weekly challenges with a chance to win a $25 Gift Certificate each week!  Please check out the details of how to play and win on the Outlines Blog

This week our challenge was to create a project using this sketch.  I hope you'll create along with us this week!

Spring Tulips

I stamped the Tiptoe (I-1148) image on Aquarello Watercolor paper with a waterproof ink.  I watercolored the image simply with Distress Stains.  When my image was dry, I used a light coat of Glimmer Glam Glitter Paint to coat the tulip image with a subtle shimmer.  It's really shiny in real life.

I'd love it if you stopped by to visit the other designers for more inspiration.  We'd love it if you joined in the fun!
