Hello!  It's time for another CPS sketch project.  I had loads of supplies from Momenta, so I've created another card.

Family

The "family" sticker is SO darn cool!  It's clear, has tons of dimension and has sparkle and shine.  When my kids saw the stickers, I had some doubts I'd have any left to use!

CPS Sketch # 266 - Momenta

Hello!  It's time for another CPS sketch project.  I opted to create a Mother's Day card with this week's sketch.

Mom

I opted to create my mother's day card with a main panel of canvas, instead of paper.  The texture and color is just amazing.  A bit of the texture spray gives a splatter effect to the canvas before I added the color.  So much fun... I might just try this again.

CHF Challenge CHF01 - Anything Goes

Hello!  Welcome to Cornish Heritage Farms' first challenge (CHF01).  The design team will be working together to spotlight a different theme and would love it you join us for the fun.

The theme today:  Anything Goes!  Create anything you like with a favorite CHF set or image.

Beauty

It's a tough call, but Ornamental Beauty is probably an all time favorite of mine.  I stamped the large flower multiple times on Solar White cardstock with Versamark ink.  I heat set with clear embossing powder.  After it had cooled a bit, I sprayed the cardstock with two colors of glimmer spray (a brown and teal blue).  I distressed a bit with ink and added a few other lovelies to round out the design.

Simple and well, fits the challenge!

I have always loved the Grunge set by Skipping Stones Designs.  While this card is very simple, I love how easily the background image and sentiment work together.  I'm not a single-layer card very often, but when I find the right images for it... I hold on for dear life!  This is perfect for mass-production or those last-minute-because-you're-kid-forgot-to-tell-you kind of card.
