Outlines Rubber Stamp Challenge # 8

ETA: I just realized that this project also fits with the Moxie Fab Stamping with Markers Challenge!  I just love that it works!!!

Hello!!!  It's Monday and time for a new Outlines Rubber Stamp design team challenge.  This week our challenge is stripes.

I had a blast stamping this project.  I was inspired by the patterned paper, Modern Homemaker by October Afternoon.  The bold colors of yellow, red and green were my color choices for my image... the Rick Rack Background (I-689).  In fact, it reminded me of one of striped patterned papers in the pack.

I colored my Rick Rack Background with Copic markers.  Then, to give my striped background image a bit of Modern Homemaker flair, I used Memento markers to add some faux-stitching lines.  A simple sentiment and some seam binding finish the project.
I'd love it if you stopped by to visit the other designers for more inspiration:

Bev Gerard
Jeanne Streiff
Jenny Gropp - DT Coordinator
Robin Kirkpatrick
Sandy Hulsart
Vicki Garrett
