Outlines Rubber Stamps Challenge - Halloween 2

This week our challenge was to create a card for Halloween.  Since we had so much fun last week with the Halloween images, we decided to repeat the fun!  I hope you'll create along with us this week!

Going Batty!

I just LOVE all the holiday images at Outlines!  The Chandelier (I-977) image was stamped with Black Soot Distress ink and embossed with clear powder.  I colored with copic markers and gave my finished project a few blasts with the airbrush for the eerie glow!  I added shimmer to the project with the Holo Iridescent Glitter Liner.  Simple and so spooky!
