Outlines Rubber Stamps Challenge - Birthday Bash!

Hello!!!  It's Monday and time for a new Outlines Rubber Stamp design team challengeJoin the Design Team in our weekly challenges with a chance to win a $25 Gift Certificate each week!  Please check out the details of how to play and win on the Outlines Blog

This week our challenge was to create a card for a Birthday Bash!  I hope you'll create along with us this week!

Happy Candle Day

I stamped the Candles Sq. Lg. (E-401) image with Black Soot Distress ink and embossed with clear powder - my favorite method of stamping when I'm coloring with Copic markers.  I pulled out some bright pink paper and loads of pink Copic markers and had a ball!  All the dots in the square border, as well as the polka dots on the candles were filled in with Holo Iridescent Glitter Liner.  The flames were covered with Glass Effect Gel.  Loads of shimmer and shine in this polka dotted image!!!
I'd love it if you stopped by to visit the other designers for more inspiration.  And don't forget you can join in our fun!
