CHF Challenge CHF04 - Birthday

Hello!  Welcome to Cornish Heritage Farms' next challenge (CHF04).  The design team will be working together to spotlight a different theme every two weeks and would love it you join us for the fun.

I'm so excited to be hosting this week's challenge.  I don't think it's possible to ever have too many birthday cards.  So, that's your challenge this week.
The theme today:  Birthday card or tag

I love to create tags to accompany a special gift.  This tag incorporates some of my favorite things... pretty papers and polka dots!
