I love the Autumn holidays - and the Thanks2Fall stamp set is just perfect for both Halloween and Thanksgiving.  I made a fall themed Thank you card with some "rock and rolled" leaves, a stamped sentiment and some simple copper pearl dots.  Couldn't be simpler.
